Clients may request for a refund only after requesting for revisions, and they are still unsatisfied and unhappy with the revised job order. Return and refund will be granted only if the following cases are met.
- Return and refund request must be submitted within 72 hours after the content delivery at email@example.com.
- The content order has still not met the specifications of your original request including tone, voice, specializations, things to be mentioned, things to be avoided, keywords and references.
- Quality standards are not at an expert level and typos, grammatical errors or improper punctuation is included in your work.
- Deadlines have been missed without reason or notice.
Please note that the money will be refunded to the original payment method you’ve used during the purchase and that you do not retain the copyright on the work submitted to you, and we would politely ask that you do not use it for any official or unofficial purpose.
Also, we have a policy of charging the return and refund transactions to clients.
